Primary Purpose:
To provide Talent solutions support business goals to SEA Supply Chain (SC) leaders, and ensure employees engaged. Promote EVP and support the achievement of the strategic goals of SC and of the HR Function. Partner with stakeholders to enhance the employee experience and streamline processes .
Scope of the role:

  • Asia Supply Chain: SEA Countries including Vietnam, Philippines, Cambodia, Myanmar, India, Indonesia , etc

Talent Acquisition: 70%

  • As a member of the Global /Asia Talent Acquisition, to take responsibility for developing, executing and implementing talent sourcing and acquisition strategies.
  • Partners with the leaders in Supply Chain and HR Team , implements the established strategies to ensure right Talents and SLA, right cost while maintaining competitive as an employer of choice in the Industry.
  • Maintains TA dashboard, report and analyze data and provide the right level of talent analytics on hiring effectiveness from a cost and process perspective for decision making
  • Responsible for On-Boarding new hires end-to-end-process, welcome & greetings
  • Network within the community and industry; conduct exploratory interviews to develop candidate pipeline
  • Actively think about employer branding opportunities (e.g. how to leverage social media recruiting or non-traditional means of recruiting)
  • Be Tapestry ambassador, representing the company at its best, be a role model and constantly strive to communicate the best image of Tapestry to the market, bringing our EVP to life.
  • Constantly survey/ update the market trend to make sure Tapestry keeps a level of competitiveness above the market average in terms of compensation and benefits.
  • Be able to navigate issues relating to Recruiting and On-boarding from a People System. Asking the right questions and channel issues to the right partners so that problems can be potentially solved or looking for an interim solution


HRBP- Employee Engagement : 20%

  • Foster relationships built on respect and trust to ensure HR has a respected voice;
  • Support cross-functional projects and initiatives, e.g., EI& D initiatives, staff activities, Tapestry Gives, recognition programs.


Corporate HR Support: 10%

  • Onsite HR administration such as on/off boarding administration
  • Manage Employment Contracts
  • Maintain personnel files and other ad-hoc tasks.
  • Participate in global HR and ad-hoc projects.

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of HR/recruitment experience, preferably in fashion, luxury, manufactory industry.
