What you'll do:
- As part of Emma’s Offline Demand Planning team, you will be responsible for the development and execution of our Sales and Operations Planning process to ensure efficient and effective alignment between Demand and Supply for our B2B channel.
- You will create a robust and accurate demand forecast that will drive inventory, production, and distribution decisions.
- You will analyze and evaluate historical demand patterns to develop accurate forecasting models that support business planning.
- You will collaborate with Offline Wholesale Teams to ensure alignment on customer demand, promotions, and new product launches.
- You will monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and potential issues.
Who we're looking for:
- You have a bachelor’s or master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
- Relevant experience in demand planning or Sales and Operations Planning is a big plus.
- You are analytically strong, can draw meaningful insights when looking at data and have a problem-solving mindset.
- You are attracted by new projects and challenges.
- You have excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management.
- You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills.
