Conducts complex development activities to improve current or generate new, products, components, equipment, and processes. Documents, communicates and implements research / development findings. Collaborates with internal and external networks and find new and better alternatives. May lead a team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Creating innovative designs to meet customer and business needs,
  • Preparing design patterns, updating, and making corrections,
  • Conducting research and continuously developing the product (box packaging), modifying designs, and utilizing new materials,
  • Conducting tests on raw materials/products and preparing reports from the conducted tests,
  • Solving technical problems at the client's site,
  • Optimizing existing designs (to speed up the production process and save costs),
  • Implementing new projects based on new cardboards or varnishes,
  • Direct contact with clients and market analysis in terms of available solutions and technologies,
  • Preparing the packaging structure according to the formula, creating new solutions, and building layouts on the sheet.

Our Requirements

  • Higher education in a technical or graphic field (Materials Engineering, Industrial Design, or related),
  • Competence in project management,
  • Knowledge of CAD or SolidWorks programs,
  • Proficiency in English enabling fluent communication both written and spoken,
  • Willingness to learn and improve qualifications,
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively,
  • Good self-organization skills.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of materials – foldable paperboard and production processes such as printing, cutting, gluing.
