INTRODUCTION
In this role you will provide a pro-active and high-level business support to the VP customer Operations Europe - BG led Market. In this busy and demanding environment, a top level of service is always required. This role requires an assistant who is a self-starter with attention to details, who can interact regularly with a very international network both inside the business and externally. You must be capable of managing your own time flexibly and effectively, juggling day to day tasks as well as proactively spot opportunities to add value to the business.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Complicated diary management – arrange meetings on a daily basis, both virtual and in person and reschedule if needed . Screening, redirecting and responding to e-mails as appropriate. This may include typing general email correspondence and reports.

Organization of international and local travel, including preparations of itineraries, visa applications, together with the management of out-of-office requirements Organizing local and international meetings on site or offsite, including coordination of country visits and LT meetings. This may include visitor management, catering, etc.

Preparation of PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, (PowerBI) reports and materials for meetings Liaison with internal customers and external contacts – developing knowledge of key individuals, including PA Network Proactively tackling issues related to (administrative) processes to ensure speed and efficiency, improving them for the leader and Unilever as a whole.

Processing expenses and invoices using relevant systems.

Responding to queries and requests for information from Unilever Execs, Business Partners, Regions, Categories on an ad hoc basis based on priorities set together with the leader

You will also need to support the VPs team , and to be the “eyes and ears” of the wider team. You’ll spot the individuals requiring additional support to perform their work or contribute to the team , and also proactively take initiatives for to help the delivery or the dynamic of the wider team.
With Digital & Data expertise, we mean that you will further develop the skills to leverage insights from the data we have available in the company and support driving decisions based on those data. It also includes continuously being leading edge on new technology and tools that are developed MS Teams, Excel and PowerBI as well as data analyst abilities will be considered as a plus as well as willing to continuous learn and improve on digital skills.
With Project Coordinator expertise, we mean that you deepen your knowledge of the business you support even further, thereby adding value in the coordination of projects relevant to your function. This could mean you will be the creator and coordinator of Team Sharepoints (securing rigouros data storage and update or become an active member of (one of) the project teams. You’re leading edge helping the team to work more efficiently together, which may include sharpening their agile ways of working using tools such Teams Plan.
