Your Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Marketplace Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and help shape the future of our Premium Platform Program. You will be responsible for executing our online marketing and digital media strategy with our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) partners and support the expansion and optimization of the Direct Business channel. This role will focus on contributing to and executing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and sales on our online partner platforms. Your role will work closely with our DTC partners’ digital marketing teams to implement joint strategies as well as deliver and manage the always-on and seasonal campaigns that support our brand’s growth and enhance customer loyalty on our partners’ platforms. Internal stakeholders include EMEA E-commerce and EMEA Digital Media teams, as well as the EMEA Direct Business Analyst & Merchandiser and EMEA Creative Studio. You will report to the EMEA Direct Business Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
- Implement digital marketing campaign strategy for the EMEA Direct Business channel ensuring we are set up to achieve annual business targets.
- Partner with our premium platform partners on the development, planning and execution of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to enhance visibility, drive traffic, increase conversions, and optimize the customer journey across all digital touchpoints (website, mobile app, email, etc.).
- Work with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Analyze premium platform partners’ forecasts and orders to determine level of support and set KPIs per campaign.
- Drive and execute SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic on our DTC platforms.
- Collaborate with Digital Media & E-commerce and other internal teams to build strong alignment within the omni-channel approach and set campaigns up for success as a key consumer touchpoint, driving awareness and conversion.
- Be the liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
- Be a key point of contact for and build strong relationships with premium partner counterparts to ensure greater brand visibility and equity on our DTC platforms.
- Analyze and report monthly on key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.) and ROI to ensure campaign success.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Keep track of updates, algorithm changes, and new features across our premium partners’ platforms.
- Conduct competitive analysis and consumer research to stay ahead of trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage day-to-day tasks in accordance with Direct Business team and DTC counterparts.
- Track and report to EMEA Direct Business Manager on digital marketing budget.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing technologies and latest trends.
Your Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications.
- Minimum 3+years relevant experience in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid media strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, platforms, and software (Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.)
- Experienced in managing digital campaigns and feed management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and results-driven mindset with a passion for the sporting goods industry and the DTC space.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision and manage shifting priorities.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective cross functional working relationships.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in communicating effectively at all organizational levels.
- Computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon or Zalando is a considerable advantage.
- Self-starter, dynamic and eager to identify unique opportunities of growth and market penetration.
- Fluent in English (1 other language French, German, Dutch is a plus)
