Job Overview:
At The Kitchen, Kraft Heinz's in-house creative agency, we believe creativity thrives when it's rooted in culture. We're looking for an exceptional creative specialist to lead the charge in developing bold, culture-first ideas for some of Europe's and the UK's most beloved household food brands. Your mission: to create work that doesn't just engage, but inspires, disrupts and connects our brands to the cultural zeitgeist.
Reporting to the Creative Director (Europe & UK), you'll be at the forefront of the creative process, combining strategic insights with cutting-edge thinking to produce culturally resonant campaigns & activations. You will be an expert crafting content for brands that cuts through on TikTok, understanding how to tell an authentic and engaging story in platform native formats. Experience in food content would be a plus, but not essential.
As part of an in-house creative team, you will embed yourself within the heart of the business. Truly understanding the Kraft Heinz brands, their challenges and work quickly with brand teams to co-create ideas at the speed of culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Culture-First Creative Thinking: Develop original, disruptive ideas that put culture at the core of our creative output. You'll be responsible for identifying trends, cultural movements, and insights that can inspire and shape our brand narratives.
  • Integrated Campaign Development: Lead the creation of fully integrated campaigns that engage consumers across multiple touchpoints, but with a real emphasis on TikTok.
  • Brand Storytelling: Craft compelling, culturally relevant stories that bring Kraft Heinz brands to life in ways that connect with consumers on an emotional level. Balance bold creative ideas with clear brand messaging to drive both engagement and business objectives.
  • Reactive & Proactive Campaigns: Develop both planned campaign ideas and reactive content that responds quickly to cultural moments. Be ready to jump on real-time opportunities, turning them into brand-defining moments.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Partner closely with your CD as well as strategy, social and brand teams to ensure ideas are fully aligned with brand strategy and executed flawlessly.
  • High-Level Craftsmanship: Execute all creative work to the highest standards of craft, whether it's writing compelling copy, designing visually stunning assets, or leading the production process to ensure the final output is best-in-class.
  • Food Lover: as one of the worlds leading food brands, someone who has experience making content that makes you want to lick the screen would be a huge advantage.
  • Pitching & Presenting Ideas: Confidently present creative concepts to internal stakeholders and brand teams, bringing your vision to life with compelling storytelling and persuasive reasoning.


Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience as a creative, working at a midweight to senior level within an agency or in-house creative environment, with a strong portfolio of culture-first, integrated work.
  • Must be fluent in english and dutch, german is a very appreciated nice to have
  • A deep understanding of the European cultural landscape, with a passion for spotting trends and translating them into brand-defining creative ideas.
  • Proven experience working on integrated campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and traditional channels.
  • Exceptional storytelling and conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate business and brand strategies into compelling creative work.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently pitch ideas to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • A strong understanding of art direction and copywriting principles, with the ability to create both visually striking and tonally on-point content.
  • A passion for innovation and experimentation, always seeking new ways to connect brands with culture.
