VVater is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager / Swiss Army Knife, a candidate with many different skills and abilities.

Job Description:

VVater seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to plan, develop, and oversee the implementation of effective marketing strategies, programs, and initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be determining the overall marketing direction based on raw data from in-depth market research and competitor analysis. You’ll also be responsible for monitoring the performance of ongoing marketing activities and fine-tuning existing campaigns to maximize ROI. The focus strategy should be to promote our brand, increase customer engagement, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Contribute to the overall business strategy, ensuring marketing efforts support and enhance the company's positioning.
  • Oversee both B2B and B2C marketing initiatives, tailoring strategies to reach and engage target audiences in each segment effectively.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.
  • Build and foster relationships within the community, establishing the company as a prominent and trusted brand.
  • Develop initiatives to communicate the excitement and buzz surrounding our product to the community.
  • Serve as a key ambassador for the company, effectively communicating the unique value proposition of our product to business stakeholders and the broader community.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and overall business objectives.
  • We expect you to create efficient marketing plans and strategies that generate sales, track and interpret key performance metrics, manage all external and internal communications, and oversee the development of marketing materials.
  • To enhance marketing efforts and foster relationships with external partners, including media agencies, vendors, and influencers.
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies and incorporate innovative ideas and practices into marketing plans.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Marketing Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Lightroom & Audition.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with CRM software, for example, HubSpot.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a compelling and accessible manner.
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Excellent time-management and multitasking capabilities
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of marketing and creative professionals.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and take the initiative to drive marketing initiatives forward.
  • Extensive experience working in startup environments, with a track record of contributing to exponential growth.
  • Successful experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C markets and DTC experience will be appreciated.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and analytics software.
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
  • Creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics and a keen eye for detail.
