We are seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, Americas to drive strategic marketing programs that accelerate growth through our focus resellers (VARs), managed service providers (MSPs), and global systems integrators (GSIs) in the Americas. In this role, you will lead the development, execution, and measurement of high-impact partner marketing initiatives that generate demand and drive revenue.
As a key member of the Global Expansion Marketing team, you will collaborate closely with the Americas Channel and Sales teams, the global marketing organization, and partners to optimize engagement. You will also own global partner communications, including the monthly partner newsletter, to-partner webinars, technical enablement programs, and ad hoc messaging.
This is a unique opportunity to shape LogicMonitor’s partner ecosystem by building scalable marketing programs, enhancing partner enablement, and aligning strategies to drive mutual success.
Here's a closer look at this key role:
- Develop and implement marketing programs to, with, and through LogicMonitor’s channel partners, with a focus on Americas resellers (VARs) and managed service providers (MSPs) to drive engagement and revenue growth.
- Create and execute quarterly partner marketing plans with focus partners, aligning their initiatives with LogicMonitor’s company themes and ensuring clear, measurable outcomes.
- Design and execute integrated campaigns with partners, facilitating lead sharing, co-marketing efforts, and demand generation initiatives that contribute to partner-sourced revenue.
- Oversee the logistics and execution of co-marketing events, including virtual engagements, industry trade shows, and regional field events to maximize partner visibility and impact.
- Partner with Sales, BDR, and Marketing Operations to optimize channel marketing opportunities and support pipeline growth.
- Develop and manage quarterly communication plans, including partner newsletters and partner portal updates, ensuring consistent messaging across global regions.
- Lead the creation of channel marketing and sales materials, including playbooks, datasheets, presentations, webinars, and videos, adapting existing content to be partner-focused.
- Oversee Marketing Development Funds (MDF) allocation, ensuring strategic and effective spending across LogicMonitor’s MDF program and partner-run MDF programs.
- Monitor and report on key metrics, ROI, and spend for all channel marketing activities to measure effectiveness and optimize future efforts.
- Work with industry and channel associations to strengthen partnerships and expand market presence.
- Support the full partner lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to co-marketing and promotional initiatives that drive ongoing partner engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 6-8+ years of experience in channel, field, or partner marketing for SaaS vendors.
- Proven success in building and executing marketing engagement strategies with technology, VAR, MSP, GSI, and Cloud partners.
- Experience managing and optimizing Marketing Development Funds (MDF) to drive measurable impact.
- Strategic thinker with executive presence, capable of articulating a clear vision, value, and strategy for partner success.
- Ability to translate complex technology into clear customer value and develop engaging marketing content and collateral.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively cross functionally.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:
$114,765—$135,000 USD
