Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Integrated Management System (IMS) Manager to join our team.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the enhancement and integration of our management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO standards while driving continuous improvement across the organization!
Core Responsibilities

Lead the continuous improvement of the IMS to ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards. Strive to develop a dynamic, effective, and tailored IMS that fosters a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Strategically plan, coordinate, and implement both internal and external audit schedules and plans to maintain certifications. Ensure prompt resolution of corrective actions to uphold compliance and enhance system integrity.

Effectively manage non-conformities by implementing robust corrective and preventive measures that drive system performance improvement and mitigate future risks.

Regularly report IMS performance metrics to the Global IMS Director. Support leadership in IMS-related activities, including management reviews, process evaluations, and document control to ensure transparency and accountability.

Work closely with the Senior IMS Manager at the Billund site and other critical internal customers to proactively identify and address risks and opportunities related to the LEGO Group’s Management Systems.

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance IMS awareness and competence among employees, fostering a knowledgeable and engaged workforce.

Support and promote IMS-related communities, such as IMS Ambassadors, to encourage engagement, share best practices, and cultivate a collaborative environment.

Define, plan, and implement global initiatives aimed at improving the IMS, driving operational excellence, and enhancing overall efficiency across the organization.

The Integrated Management System (IMS) department plays a vital role in supporting the LEGO Group by collaborating as part of a distributed team of dedicated IMS Managers. Our mission is to drive continuous improvements across the organization, ensuring excellence in quality and compliance.
Situated within the Global Corporate Quality and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) department, the IMS team specializes in ISO standards, management systems, continuous improvement methodologies, and effective business process and document management. Our primary objective is to seamlessly integrate relevant standards—such as ISO, FSC, RBP, and others—into the company’s processes and frameworks, ensuring adherence.
Furthermore, the IMS department is committed to facilitating the efficient management of non-conformities, implementing corrective actions, and promoting standard processes throughout the organization. Through these efforts, we contribute significantly to enhancing the overall quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
Do you have what it takes?

Solid understanding and experience with ISO standards and Business Process & Document Management.

Lead auditor certification (or at least internal auditor for ISO 9001).

An analytical approach for identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

Excellent planning skills to simplify complex issues into actionable solutions.

Project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, engaging effectively with partners at all levels, including senior leadership.

Proficient in written and verbal communication, especially in large, international organizations.

Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with SAP Signavio is a plus.

Dedicated and proactive, with a high level of initiative, resilient and adaptable, thriving in dynamic environments.
