  • Leading budgeting processes for creative operations to optimize resources and financial planning.

You'll actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience through the day-to-day management of an internal integrated creative team and overseeing Business Affairs functions, ensuring compliance and alignment with creative initiatives. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Experience in creative operations, business affairs, or project management 7 years
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Design, Design Management or related discipline; or equivalent experience and education.
  • Technical skills: Strong expertise in budgeting, talent operations, and process development. Experience with creative project management tools and workflow optimization.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Abilities: Can read, write, speak and understand English. Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
