The Opportunity

As a Senior People Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior engineering and product leaders, enabling them to align their people strategies with business objectives to achieve outstanding results. In this high-impact role, you will play a pivotal part in advancing our company’s mission by fostering a culture of excellence and supporting leaders in building empowered, healthy, and high-performing teams.

  • Serve as a strategic consultant to senior leadership, driving alignment between business and people strategies to optimize organizational health and productivity.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally to design, develop, and implement scalable programs that advance Incode’s People Strategy and reinforce our mission and culture.

    • Leverage data-driven insights and industry best practices to inform organizational design, decision-making, and program development, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business goals.

    • Advise and coach leaders on organizational design, change management, and strategic initiatives to enhance cross-functional collaboration, decentralized decision-making, and operational efficiency.

    • Partner with leaders to execute global talent and organizational planning, identifying critical talent, succession strategies, and aligning workforce investments with long-term business objectives.

    • Act as a culture steward, promoting values and behaviors outlined in the Incode Culture Deck, ensuring alignment across teams and leadership levels.

    • Support the leadership team through periods of rapid growth, organizational evolution, and complex transformations, fostering resilience and adaptability across the organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic HR or people partner roles, with a proven track record of supporting senior leaders in scaling teams and aligning people strategies with business objectives.

    • Experience in fast-growing technology environments and established organizations, demonstrating the ability to adapt to varied operating models and growth phases.

    • Proven expertise in partnering with legal teams on sensitive organizational and compliance-related matters.

    • Demonstrated success in influencing and coaching C-suite executives and senior leadership teams to drive organizational impact and business results.

    • Advanced analytical skills and experience using data to develop and execute strategic initiatives, improve processes, and measure success.

    • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to design, implement, and oversee complex, cross-functional programs.

    • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence across diverse teams, functions, and seniority levels.

    • Deep understanding of change management principles and organizational design, with experience leading large-scale initiatives and transformations.

    • Passion for fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and innovation that aligns with company values and mission.
