We are looking for a HR Generalist:
In this role you will:
- Help make life better for our 400+ employees in MX mainly working on administrative tasks such as contracts, onboarding and offboarding paperwork, benefits, and culture issues.
- Work as part of our global HR department in Mexico City and be responsible for HR at our office, from employee administration and case management to learning & development initiatives.
- Act as an all-round point of contact, handling incoming requests from both our staff and HRBPs.
- Set up contracts and welcome packages for new Monks.
- Manage employee files and processing mutations following changes in legislation, regulations or terms of employment.
- Prepare work for payroll (e.g., any changes that may impact the payroll: leave of absences, hires, terminations, mutations, etc.).
- Compile HR reports for HRBPs or HR management.
Experience you already have
- For this full-time position, we’re looking for someone with at least 2+ years of relevant HR experience.
- You’re fluent in English (must).
- You’re very precise, socially skilled and reliable.
- You’re able to successfully juggle various tasks, and switch between them seamlessly.
- You’re hands-on but keep a helicopter view of things at all times.
- You can think ahead and establish priorities, even during stressful times.
- You have a great personality that fits our brand.
- We don’t even have to tell you when discretion is required.
