Senior Human Resources Business Partner
As a Senior HR Business Partner at Redwood Materials, you will play a critical leadership role in driving HR strategies that align with the company's mission to create a sustainable future through advanced recycling technologies. Partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will provide strategic guidance, foster organizational development, and enhance employee engagement across the company. This role requires a deep understanding of HR best practices, a data-driven approach to decision-making, and a passion for building a thriving organizational culture.
Responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing expert guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management strategies to achieve business goals.
- Employee Relations: Lead complex employee relations matters, conducting thorough investigations and providing sound recommendations for resolution. Act as a mediator and advocate to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Data-Driven Insights: Develop and present advanced HR analytics, dashboards, and reports to provide insights into workforce trends and support data-driven decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Design, implement, and optimize scalable HR processes and initiatives that improve efficiency, drive employee engagement, and align with best practices.
- Change Management: Partner with leaders to drive change initiatives, providing coaching, tools, and resources to ensure successful adoption across the organization.
- Leadership Development: Design and deliver programs to enhance leadership capabilities, foster professional growth, and create succession plans for critical roles.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all HR activities comply with relevant labor laws, company policies, and best practices. Proactively identify and mitigate organizational risks.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with a strong focus on strategy and leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems, data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau), and reporting platforms. Ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively partner with leaders and employees at all levels.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate complex challenges with sound judgment, critical thinking, and innovative solutions.
- Leadership: Proven ability to influence stakeholders, lead teams, and drive organizational change in a dynamic environment.
- Confidentiality: Strong ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and ethical integrity.

The position is full-time. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
