As our Senior Financial Analyst, you will work with Operational partners to develop financial forecasts, help lead the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process, and provide operating and financial variance analyses to drive strategic business decisions.
Daily, the Senior Financial Analyst will support the close process, companywide cash and KPI tracking and support commercial/strategic conversations and understand the revenue implications of these strategic actions.
To thrive in this role, you will need to have prior experience in an FP&A role, strong Excel skills, prior modeling experience, and strong analytical skills.
Here’s what you will experience as a Senior Financial Analyst:
- Work closely with Operations and Commercial teams to help drive and monitor opportunities to increase revenue.
- Support Ad Hoc modeling of various strategic initiatives and effectively communicate financial implications to business partners.
- Driving monthly and quarterly closing, reporting, and forecasting activities, clearly articulating risks and opportunities.
- Utilizing credible and accessible data to help inform decision-making.
- Forecasting cash flow.
- Prepare and review calculations for multiple streams of revenue and work with clients to understand short- and long-range revenue forecasts.
- Aligning with Operations, Commercial, and Accounting on revenue accruals.
- Supporting and challenging performance variances, forecasting processes, and budget governance.
- Develop process solutions through automation, standardization, and innovation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or equivalent experience in a finance role
- A minimum of 3 years of Finance experience is required
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including prior experience with modeling, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including creating PowerPoint presentations
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- The ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with competing deadlines
- Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to work with a moderate degree of autonomy
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $59,282.00 - $110,424.03 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
