An opportunity to join the Southern Europe Marketing team and work on aligning marketing strategy with our sales organisation in France. You'll be solely responsible for the strategic growth of the French business, raising awareness, educating the market, building pipeline and growing customer advocacy in the region. You will also be in charge of some key initiatives deployed across Southern Europe. Your commercial mindset alongside your deep understanding of the local market will enable you to take our comprehensive, multi-channel marketing campaigns to market. Your success will have a direct impact and will be highly visible. You’ll enjoy analysis and deriving business insights from data to make smart decisions. We operate in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, so your outstanding communication skills will be required!

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a regional marketing plan on a quarterly basis that delivers engagements, meetings, and marketing contribution pipeline - fully aligned with sales leadership
  • Lead and execute (third party) events across France
  • Account Centric Marketing activities
  • Understand the customer landscape, use cases and success stories. Build relationships and create loyalty with customer-centricity, innovative experiences and peer networking opportunities
  • Feed regional news, market information, developments and findings back to product marketing, program owners, content developers and sales enablement to maintain relevancy of future products and programs

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Proven experience in meeting or exceeding pipeline goals, and driving funnel-based programs
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Strong planning, orchestration and project management capabilities to manage, prioritise, and deliver on key execution and deadlines
  • A collaborative team player with a “can do” positive approach
  • Travel up to 30% for internal and external meetings and events as needed

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Business degree, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in English
  • Previous account centric marketing experience
