We are searching for a senior-level Executive Assistant to support our Chief Sales Officer. This Executive Assistant position is critical to the operations and culture of the organization, as you are the liaison between the executive team, administrative team, employees, and clients. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and have great communication/social skills.
While supporting this executive, you will be a true partner with him day-to-day while managing his internal and external schedule, travel and expenses, email, and communications, as well as all daily administrative duties. You are a detail-oriented taskmaster who can’t stand to have anything unchecked on your to-do list or an email unanswered. Your world is email, calendars, and to-do lists. Occasionally you attend meetings on his behalf, create presentations, and juggle priorities often. You are easy to speak with and respond promptly to requests from other team members. You will handle all daily support and organization as well as task and team management for this executive.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor the executive's many daily emails to label them, flag important ones for his attention, and respond to any you can handle directly. Write and edit emails, draft memos, and prepare communications on the executive's behalf.
• Schedule (and reschedule) meetings with busy executives, other executive assistants, and large groups via email and Slack across multiple time zones.
• Manage all travel including booking flights, hotel reservations, and other travel arrangements for travel (local, domestic, and international trips).
• Be available in the office for other team members to speak with or assist your executive while the executive is visiting from Nashville.
• Plan customer, partner, or internal dinners, offsites, and QBR’s
• Organize documents within Confluence
• Review upcoming calendars or travel plans to ensure all details are accurate. Keep the executive abreast of all plans.
• Create and submit monthly expense reports
• Have daily catch-up calls with executive to review needs, calls, schedule changes, etc.
• Create customer profiles for introductory calls
• Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)
• Organize offsites and meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
• Ability to handle and protect confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
• Manage the executive's day-to-day calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
• Ability to operate within an environment of ambiguity; to problem solve “on your feet”; remain calm when chaos strikes.
• Ability to build rapport and work across functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and with a team (internal and external) on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple calendars, and decipher business contexts to juggle priorities and plan.

• You plan to stay in Austin and grow within this role long term.
• Familiarity and experience within SaaS/start-up industries are a plus.

Required Skills/Experience
• Must have previous experience as an Executive Assistant for senior-level sales executives within a large company.
• 5 -8 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Benefits and Compensation listed vary based on the location of your employment and the nature of your employment with SailPoint.
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD):
$89,740 - $128,200 - $166,660
Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee’s home location.
