What success looks like in this role:
• Typically supports senior-level managers or teams heading up a significant functional or operational area.
• Independently sets constituent / team schedules, including for both internal and external participants.
• Handles extensive travel coordination (multiple trips per month) including transportation, lodging and documentation.
• Plays a key role in the coordination and management of administrative project activity: facilitating meetings, ensuring alignment of cross-functional participants, pulling / preparing reports and ensuring completion of project phases and deliverables.
• May oversee provision of various / diverse administrative functions (i.e., ordering supplies, coordinating equipment repairs, etc.).
You will be successful in this role if you have:
High School Diploma or GED required
Generally, 10+ years’ experience in area of responsibility
***MUST be willing to be in Blue Bell Office location - 5 days a week
