Senior Analyst, Client Intelligence

Summary of Duties:      Analyze evolving client based data metrics and trends, develop conclusions, and identify opportunities for delivering enhanced client insights.  Analyze quantitative information and apply professional judgement to resolve a variety of moderately complex problems.  Build new quantitative models, tools, and dashboards to enhance effectiveness of the Lytx Program and provide training and support for client facing teams on use cases for newly introduced reports and dashboards.  Design, develop, and deliver secure and efficient reports and dashboards through BI applications.  Perform deployments, testing, bug fixes and on-going improvements for software and solutions.  Partner with stakeholders to understand business problems and challenges and formulate business requirements.  Transform the data into actionable insights through cross-functional partnerships with our product, software, and data engineering teams to understand product features and enhancements, data architecture and system requirements.  Advise junior team members and provide guidance on solving complex data problems. Remote work permitted, must report into the Company’s office at least once per month.

Qualifications: The position requires a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering Technology, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered, or as a Business Information Analyst, Data Analyst, or a related occupation.  Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of related experience. 

The position requires experience with the following skills: Three (3) years of experience in dashboard design and data visualization techniques through the use of tools, such as Tableau or Dundas, or relevant BI Tools; Three (3) years of experience with relational database systems, such as SQL Server, and querying and analyzing raw data for modeling and validation purposes; Three (3) years of experience with SQL; and Three (3) years of experience with coding languages, such as Python and R.  Remote work permitted, must report into the Company’s office at least once per month.

Salary                             $121,193 - $141,000 / Year

Hours:                            Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 Hours/Week

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.  The expected hiring salary for this position is:
