What Does the Job Involve?
The Senior Agile Business Analyst will work across one or more of Smartly’s product features and will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Designers and Scrum Teams to support the delivery of our exciting roadmap of product feature offerings.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experienced Business Analyst
- Well versed in Agile methodologies and proven experience as a Business Analyst within an Agile environment
- Exposure to modern product management practises (beneficial)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills. Proven experience building meaningful, collaborative relationships across all levels of the business
- Experience working with innovative software development projects with the ability to facilitate and technical conversations
- Highly developed problem solving and analytical skills
- Well-developed oral, written and interpersonal skills
- A self-starter who can own an opportunity and manage their deliverables
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing demands
- Empathy-based skills including listening, curiosity and open-mindedness
