Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare AR Aging report, analyze the DSO and provide the comments for the outstanding ARs.
- Responsible for AR collection and record the settlement into SAP.
- Prepare the entries for deemed commission sales. Create E-Invoice by order and send the invoices to customers.
- Process POD per shipment in SAP.
- Generate E-Invoice as requested through customer portal for key customers (e.g. TSMC supply online system)
- Prepare annual budget and provide the comments and the related documents to support the budget numbers.
- Prepare quarterly forecast.
- Liaise with division leader to prepare the sales commission workbook with annual target, and calculate the commission payable on a regular basis.
- Review and prepare the related documents to comply with ASC606, ACS842 and SOX requirements.
- Assist in month end closing, supporting schedules, prepaid amortization and fixed assets depreciation, accrued expenses.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Assist in annual physical inventory count.
- IT support matters (i.e. apply new laptop and assist in the installation, retrieve the old computers, IT equipment and server upgrade support etc.)
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree above in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, accounting or related role.
- Extensive experience working in multinational companies (MNCs).
- Strong command of English, essential for working with global teams.
Preferred Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in international accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS)
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
