Job Summary:
THE TEAM
The team is responsible for the reporting and management of the organization’s financial and Management matters. It is also responsible for meeting the financial needs of the overseas parent company. On a day-to-day basis, the team assists various stakeholders in their decision-making using financial reports and financial data insights. This position will work as part of the broader Finance team, collaborating with others. The role also requires liaison and cooperation with colleagues in the Finance Department and across the company to ensure individual performance objectives and key tasks are met.
THE JOB
The overall objective of the role is to assist the finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting of the Ticketmaster Group of Companies financial information to the various stakeholders, including International Corporate, Local Management, Staff, Suppliers and Clients. The role will perform the day-to-day reconciliations/data insights/reporting to the business to ensure the stakeholders are informed of the organisations on going performance.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Financial Reporting
- Accounting and Tax Processing
- Month end preparation and reporting
- PL reporting & Cost Analysis
- Company taxation returns and calculations
- Year-end company audit
- Annual preparation Budget report
- Monthly Forecast report
- Various reports required by the parent company (in accordance with US GAAP)
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
- Bachelor of Accounting degree
- English: Intermediate proficiency (TOEIC score approximately 650 to 750)
- Over three years of experience in an accounting firm
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in corporate accounting
- Month end knowledge (preferable)
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to listen & learn
- A team player and able to respond promptly, supporting and assisting the team when required.
- Ability to use own initiative
- Self-Motivated & Accountable
- High level of attention to detail
- Flexible hours required to suit business needs
