Responsibilities:
- Active support of the segment managers in the operational environment
- Processing of customer inquiries using Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Close cooperation and coordination with sales and local departments
- Participation in manufacturability assessments
- Creation of analyses and statistics (SAP) and creation of presentations
- Product care from the quotation phase to series production readiness
Qualifications:
- Commercial training with technical understanding
- Practical knowledge and experience in sales-related activities
- Experience in an industrial production environment
- High degree of customer orientation
- Good IT skills (SAP/ MS Office/ CRM)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Independent, self-reliant and structured way of working
- Reliability, ability to work in a team, communicative
