- Ability to remove obstacles and provide solutions that allow teams to work effectively.
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar tools).
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Good to have experience with scaling Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with software development or technical teams is beneficial.
