As a Scrum Master at CodeNinja, you will play a crucial role in guiding our development teams through Agile practices and ensuring successful project delivery. Responsibilities
- Act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator to the Scrum team.
- Guide and coach the team on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Familiar with the use of agile planning, monitoring and adapting tools & techniques.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
- Foster collaboration and communication within and outside the Scrum team.
- Ensure the team follows Agile and Scrum best practices.
- Ensure the availability of SCRUM metrics to all stakeholders.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a product backlog.
- Monitor and report on project progress, using Agile metrics.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
- Encourage continuous improvement within the team.
- Maintain a positive team atmosphere and promote a culture of continuous learning
- · Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, or a related certificate is typically required.
- · Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or relevant certification.
- · 3+ years of experience leading agile transformations as a Scrum Master.
- · 3+ years of experience with software development, digital strategies and transformation, analytics, or product management.
- · Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile leadership role.
- · Demonstrated track record and depth of understanding in shipping complex software projects & orientation to ownership of results
- · Ability to take in and process a lot of information, both verbal & written, data points as well as discussions
- · Strong expertise in agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
- · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- · Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure the terminology is kept consistent across the industry.
- · Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements or related business within technology
