We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and a keen analytical mindset to also take on Business Analyst responsibilities. In this hybrid role, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove team impediments, and also work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure clear communication between business and technical teams.
Your Responsibilities

Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)

Coach and guide the team on Agile principles and best practices

Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Act as a servant-leader to the Scrum Team, promoting team autonomy and accountability

Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions
-
Support the Product Owner with backlog grooming and prioritization

Work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements

Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications

Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions

Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables

Support QA and development teams in understanding requirements and verifying solutions
Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
-
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or similar role
-
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and related tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

Solid understanding of business analysis techniques and tools

Experience writing user stories and working with product backlogs

Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to balance priorities and wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment
