Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA and SAP FSCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and configuring SAP solutions, supporting various modules, and managing implementation projects. This role requires a deep understanding of S/4HANA, FSCM, Treasury Cash Management, BCM and FICO functionalities, the ability to work independently on complex tasks, and collaborate closely with business users and stakeholders.
Experience:
Skills & Qualifications:
• Must have experience implementing BCM, Cash and Liquidity Management in S/4HANA environment
• Strong configuration knowledge of SAP modules including GL, AR, AP, BA, AA, CEA, CCA, IO, PCA, Cash & Liquidity, and BCM.
• Able to Drive business workshop, Demonstrate standard best practice, identify GAP and propose SAP solution for the identified GAP
• Hands-on experience with new features of S/4HANA.
• Excellent understanding of solution design and build processes.
• Ability to prepare Solution/Functional Design/Specifications/Test Cases.
• Must have SAP Configuration experience and migrate to QA and Prod environment
• Proficiency in carrying out and testing transactions in SAP
• Ability to solve incidents and service requests independently.
• Industry Specialization knowledge where applicable.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Design and configure SAP solutions for client requirements independently.
• Configure and test SAP modules as per business needs.
• Handle incident and service request management effectively.
• Work on implementation projects independently, ensuring best practices.
• Workshops/Meetings with Business Users.
• Business Requirement Gathering & Prepare BRD.
• Co-ordinate with Tech Team for developments.
• Create Test data, Test Solution Configured and Developed.
• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer.
• Work closely with Business Users, Business Stakeholders at various levels.
• Understand and propose best practices.
