Position Title: SAP IBP Functional Consultant
Location: McKinley West, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig
Work arrangements: Full time office (but open for Hybrid as well, 3 days from office and 2 days from home) / Morning shift
Position Overview:
As an SAP IBP Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions, particularly in the areas of Demand, Supply & Response, Inventory Optimization (IO), and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). This role requires a strong understanding of SAP IBP functionalities and prior experience with SAP Advanced Planning & Optimization (APO). You will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical experts to optimize supply chain processes and drive business improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP IBP Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the implementation and customization of SAP OBP/IBP modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Configure and optimize IBP Demand, IBP Supply, Response Management, IO-Inventory Optimization, and S&OP functionalities.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP IBP with other SAP modules and external systems.
Business Process Analysis and Solution Design:
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements, analyze supply chain processes, and recommend best practices.
- Conduct design workshops to map out SAP IBP functionalities in alignment with business goals.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide expert recommendations for optimization.
Support, Troubleshooting, and User Training:
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP IBP-related issues.
- Conduct user training sessions and develop documentation to facilitate smooth adoption of SAP IBP solutions.
- Assist in system testing, go-live, and post-go-live support to ensure project success.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure SAP IBP configurations meet business reporting and compliance requirements.
- Support clients in generating supply chain reports and analyzing demand-supply data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 full life cycle implementation experience in any SAP IBP module (Demand, Supply & Response, IO, or S&OP).
- If only support experience, a minimum of 3 years in SAP IBP support is required.
- Total SAP SCM experience of 3-10 years, including prior experience in SAP APO.
- Strong understanding of SAP IBP functionalities, including master data and cross-module integration.
- Ability to conduct workshops, training sessions, and collaborate effectively with clients.
- SAP Certification in IBP is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for key workshops and training sessions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to express complex concepts in business terms.
