The SAP Coordinator will be responsible to process orders, services, material invoices, labor packets, and all labor-related requests for additional pay or corrections. Daily assignment of installer in SAP, daily creation of labor POs in SAP, and Weekly Payroll Packet submission.
Duties
· Complete all order entries for job work orders.
· Place orders with material vendors.
· Ensure accurate labor purchase orders and packets are processed timely.
· Update material purchase orders to ensure correct pricing.
· Ensure the SAP schedule aligns with Chris and Dicks installation schedule.
· Communication with the team internally to ensure payroll deadlines are met.
· Review and resolve various reports related to installer assignments, labor purchase orders, and material purchase orders.
· Perform daily SAP administrative duties
· Ensure proper procedures are met with each entity
Requirements
· High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
· Minimum of 3-5 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
· SAP experience preferred but not required
· Payroll Experience preferred but not required
· Bilingual experience preferred but not required (English/Spanish)
