About the role:

The RevOps Strategist helps position Kicksaw as a leader in Salesforce consulting and plays an important role in the success of Kicksaw’s client relationships and implementations.

As part of the Admin on Demand (AOD) team, the RevOps Strategist will be the main contact for client projects that require On-Demand technical services. The RevOps Strategist advises, designs, and delivers On-Demand implementation services while driving and maintaining successful client relationships.

This is an incredible opportunity for a RevOps professional with direct Salesforce experience to join a consulting group looking to rid the world of the utilization model for billing!

What the RevOps Strategist will do:

  • Define a procedure and process to ensure solution delivery
  • Act as a solution architect, designing an efficient, scalable solution for implementation
  • Confidently analyze the impact of the solution on the state of the business goals
  • Advise on business processes for business units, to ensure streamlined workflows
  • Accountable for all elements of the On-Demand project including scheduling, risks, dependencies, and issues to deliver exceptional value and client satisfaction
  • Manage On-Demand project scope and changes
  • Resolve issues, conflicts, and critical path deliverables
  • Ensure projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, and quality standards via internal team collaboration and client communication
  • Translate any business requirement into options for the customer, explaining the pros/cons of each
  • Stay organized and disciplined about tracking projects, delivery, and timelines
  • Comfortable meeting ad hoc with the customer to get a sense of technical requirements
  • Communicate clearly and succinctly via email, Slack, or over the phone
  • Provide realistic estimates for work and delivery times
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, in any capacity
  • Retain happy clients with a CSAT score of 3.5+

The right candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of SFDC implementation experience
  • 1+ years of project management experience
  • 1+ years of client-facing experience
  • Required Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
  • Previous experience in high-tech SaaS project management experience, including gathering requirements from the client, tracking and planning projects, and working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
  • Understands limits of declarative tools; knows when to engage Engineering
  • Proficient with complex declarative automation, reporting, dashboards, salesforce data object model
  • Proficient with solution design, integrated app config/support, and documentation
  • Demonstrated strong technical skills
  • Strong task and client management skills
  • Adept at project management, leadership, and business strategy
  • Ability to work with and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to demonstrate and drive for results and accountability of business needs

Additional Details:

This full-time position is 100% remote (must be based in the United States or Canada) and includes competitive pay, comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, & vision), unlimited PTO (with a four-week minimum requested), 18 paid company holidays, 401(k) match / RRSP match, technology stipend, professional development, annual company retreats, eligibility to participate in Kicksaw's profit-sharing and employee liquidity programs, and so much more! 

  • For candidates based in the United States, this position includes an annual base salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 USD 
  • For candidates based in Canada, this position includes an annual base salary range of $125,000 - $187,500 CAD
  • Final compensation offers are based on level of experience, skillset, certifications, and education.

Note: We anticipate interviews for this role will start in early January.
