We are looking for a talented, high-performing, and motivated Salesforce Application Specialist.
As a Salesforce Application Specialist at JFrog you will...
- Translating new and existing client requirements into technical solutions
- Implement Salesforce projects in the Customer Success / Sales areas
- Collaborate with Project managers, Salesforce administrators, developers, and consultants to ensure project alignment with Salesforce best practices
- Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes
- Validate and implement new applications
- QA of new processes and systems
- Work within the Agile development framework
- Team collaboration - participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings to discuss the tasks and provide solutions to the salesforce processes
To be a Salesforce Application Specialist at JFrog you need...
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce applications - A Must
- Experience in Service / Sales Cloud - An advantage
- Team player, self-motivated, and extremely detail-oriented skills
- High technical understanding and ability to learn
- Excellent time management and can easily work in a multi-tasking arena with a strong “can do” and proactive approach
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
