We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Community Manager to build, engage, and nurture relationships with our audiences across social media. You will act as the voice of the brand, ensuring our online presence aligns with our values, drives engagement, and grows our digital community.

- Develop and implement strategies to build and nurture a strong sense of community among our users
- Support growth on social media with high-impact community engagement
- Interact with users in comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner, on both organic and paid content
- Build strong relationships with customers, creators, and influencers
- Engage with like-minded brands, celebrities, influencers, creators, and partners to increase brand visibility
- Monitor trends and share insights with the team
- Embody the brand voice, communicating with personality and consistency to drive brand awareness and affinity
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop a strategy for thoughtful and strategic responses
- Develop and implement crisis management protocols to address potential community concerns
- Understand customer feedback and communicate with internal teams to align with business goals
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports to help the broader brand team capitalize on consumer insights, and understand the impact potential for our community
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social media at a SaaS company, with a proven track record of growing online communities, engagement and following
- Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong copywriting abilities
- Deep understanding of what makes for great social media content (especially on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram)
- Proactive mindset
- Experience with tools such as Sprout Social, Later, and Zendesk
- Passion for filmmaking and familiarity with relevant creators in the niche - an advantage
