Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with a strong background in data analysis and building custom Salesforce reports. . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce environments to support our business processes and improve customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily management of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, and approval processes.
- Ensure system security and integrity, including user access and data security.
- Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups.
- Resolve user support tickets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
- Experience with Salesforce report building, CRM analytics, and data analysis.
- Experience with Certinia (formerly Financialforce) or any similar Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform is desirable.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
