We're looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team and work with one of our inspiring US clients, a start-up developing an innovative platform for online speech therapy from the comfort of the patient’s home.

Qualifications
Expectations - the experience you need
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator and additional Salesforce certifications preferred.
- Strong preference for experience in healthcare operations and technology
- Strong preference for experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Experience with data integration, APIs, and clinical data management.
- Being analytical, adaptable, aiming for maximum quality, and focusing on solving problems.
Position - how you'll contribute
- Serve as the Salesforce subject matter expert within our organization, establishing the use of best practices and optimizing workflows and capabilities.
- Support configuration changes.
- Lead the discovery and implementation of key Salesforce platform development priorities.
- Collaborate with other technical resources within the organization to build scalable and effective solutions to business challenges.
- Proactively work with stakeholders on requirements, looking ahead on architecture decisions, ensuring we are tripping dependencies, among others.
- Continuously deliver value to the organization by enhancing and expanding the use of Salesforce to support various business processes and requirements.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to the organization to assist in optimizing workflows, and adopting new practices related to Salesforce.
