Reporting Line: GM - Food Solutions
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage and drive CD Capability to support UFS business growth
- Work closely with MCO Capability Building Manager and National Sales Managers (PUSH, PULL, and Chains) to define key skills, knowledge, and attitude (SKA) of each CD position, identify gap, come up with plan, and implement signed off plan to uplift CD Capability to achieve company goals and objectives
- Coordinate with Marketing, Chef, and Operation Team to deliver compelling selling stories, effective selling tools, and ensure perfect implementation and execution
- Lead and conduct training courses and/or workshop including in-field coaching to ensure fully understanding and right execution for the whole sales force
- Provide valid and insightful information to evaluate performance of the whole sales force and to strengthen in-field execution in all levels
- Involve and participate in some projects up to business requirement
Skills and Experience Required:
- University graduate
- At least 2 years experience in Sales plus critical experience in Training
- Excellence communication, interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills
- Good command of English in Listening, Speaking, Writing, and Reading skills
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Photoshop basic)
- Enthusiasm, proactive, opened & confident
- Enjoy working in fast-paced, demanding environment and hard working
- Self motivated and results oriented
- Has initiative and good common sense
