Funding Societies Vietnam is looking for a qualified Business Development Manager performing day-to-day business management activities in order to provide to potential borrowers with appropriate products/services, to grow up the Vietnam portfolio but ensure all borrowers meet the internal disciplines and remain a healthy portfolio for Vietnam.

What you will do:

  • To develop and sustain solid relationships with SMEs / businesses within a specific target sector or segment, advise them on appropriate products/services
  • To drive continuous improvement in cost, quality and time cycles across all aspects of sales acquisition.
  • Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
  • To develop and own sales forecast, budget, and manpower plans; and focus on executing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve revenue, market share and sales targets.
  • To support recovery and collection strategy.
  • To work with other internal Funding Societies teams, including Credit, Tech, Data, Legal and Operations to achieve business goals and effective implementation.
  • Manage the daily tasks, month-end and year-end close processes
  • Prepare, review the credit application for the leads generating through ambassador, Business development team, and other channels
  • Obtain KYC documentation from potential borrowers
  • Other works when necessary
Requirements
  • Completed Bachelor and/or Master’s degree within Business, Finance, Accounting, Banking or related
  • 5 or more years of experience in managing sales in Micro SME, SME Lending (worked at local banks is a plus)
  • Have strong relationships with key players, merchants across various target industries /segments, with an understanding of supply chain and B2B sales.
  • Knowledge in SME Fintech, SME Payment Solution, Digital Financing is a plus
  • Overall knowledge of commercial business, market trends and competitive intelligence and regulations that specifically affect SME credits
  • Strong leadership in People Management and Performance management experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong English skills is a plus
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team, and outside of business hours when necessary
