About the Role  

Social Creative/Creator, [X Market], WPP StudioX Mid/Junior (Senior Art Director/Copywriter level).

Dotted line report to both StudioX social lead and StudioX Creative Lead.

A modern creative hybrid, this role will be key in transforming TCCC’s social work in [x market] by ideating and creating, as well as selling, always-on social content.

  • While usually the social creative/creator creative will be working alongside other creatives, they’re able, when necessary, to create and produce social video content on their own
  • Know social (platforms, specs, trends) without needed a listening report or a reminder of best practices from Meta – they know these things intuitively
  • Convince clients and internal stakeholders that their proposed ideas and content are on brief and fit for platform
  • Have a strong understanding of brands – how big ideas and distinctive brand assets work and are critical for building a social bran

What You’ll Need  

  • Proven ability to create and produce social video content independently.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, specs, and trends within the [X Market], demonstrating an intuitive understanding of best practices.
  • Strong ability to convince clients and internal stakeholders of the value and relevance of proposed ideas and content.
  • Solid understanding of brand building principles and the importance of big ideas and distinctive brand assets in social media.

Desired Skills and Experiences: 5+ years of experience in social media marketing or content creation.
