Sales Training Content Developer
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Design, develop, and update engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, instructional guides, and multimedia content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and objectives.
- Utilize instructional design principles to create effective and interactive learning experiences. This includes development of content that is adaptable for all learning styles and considers accessibility.
- Evaluate and revise training materials based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Develops storyboards based on needs assessments and gains alignment with stakeholders on relevance and accuracy of content
- Develops and manages learning development projects in terms of time, budget and resources.
- Establishes learning measurement tools that help to define achievement of learning KPIs
- Establishes content maintenance plan to ensure materials stay relevant and are updated when there are identifies changes
Additional duties may be assigned, as required.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in training content development or instructional design.
- Experience in the electrical and/or utility industry is a plus.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia or similar) and Cornerstone Learning Management System.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay focused in an environment with changing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
