Job Description
Position Location: Paris or Home basedMain Activities / Responsibilities:
- Manage Isotope Mass Spectrometry (IOMS) sales activities in the country and ensure timely, high-quality sales reporting
- Acquire new customers in the areas of Geosciences, Forensics, Food Science, and related fields.
- Provide appropriate technical solutions and quotations to prospective customers to lead to the successful closure of sales.
- Coordinate and participate in marketing activities, scientific meetings, such as seminars, workshops, or demos as needed to generate and qualify sales leads.
- Identify key areas of growth potential and strategies to capture both short and long-term growth.
- Close collaboration with the EMEA IOMS Sales team.
- Foster alignments with colleagues from CMD and other divisions.
- Actively use our CRM to keep IOMS projects timely updated.
Profile :
- University Degree (Masters or equivalent experience; Ph.D. preferred) in Geosciences or related subjects.
- Experience working with Isotope Mass Spectrometers.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Customer-focused with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in different countries (factories, sales operations, internal support functions).
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent knowledge of the French Isotope Mass Spectrometry community.
- Good product knowledge of the available Isotope Mass Spectrometers in the market.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks with different priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal, self-motivation, sales, and negotiating skills are an advantage.
Travel Requirement:
- Encouraged to travel approximately 60% in France.
- Occasionally, travel to other countries may be required.
- Driver’s license.
