The Sales & Operations Intern will support our sales team while gaining hands-on experience in sales operations, lead generation, and data management. You'll work on enhancing Salesforce data quality, researching potential customers, and streamlining sales workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.


This internship is ideal for students or early-career individuals interested in sales, operations, business analytics, or revenue strategy and eager to develop process improvement, research, and sales enablement skills in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

  • Enhance Salesforce data quality by cleaning and updating key account and contact records.
  • Generate new leads by building and refining call lists for outreach and cold calling.
  • Conduct account research to support sales planning and market strategy.
  • Assist the sales team with workflows, pipeline tracking, and top-of-funnel sales and marketing campaign execution.
  • Optimize call libraries and outreach sequences in Gong Engage to improve messaging and engagement.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience working with structured data (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, or database management).
  • Interest or experience in sales, business development, or sales operations.
  • Strong organizational and research skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • An urge to ask questions, listen, and propose solutions.
  • Eagerness to learn new things and help others do the same.

Some nice-to-haves:

  • Previous internships or significant contributions in a team-based SaaS startup environment are a plus. 
  • Previous experience in or exposure to the real estate industry. 
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong Engage, or other CRM tools.
  • Previous exposure to B2B sales, lead generation, or market research.

Length: Approx.12 weeks (Summer Internship).

This is a paid internship. The rate of pay will be $20/hr. 

Location: In-office, Austin TX. We are located on South Congress Avenue, 78704. You’ll work in-person with other CertifID employees and a group of summer interns from other departments.
