Tecovas is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to assist with optimizing our sales processes, ensuring data accuracy, and enhancing the overall account experience. Reporting directly to the Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in building a strong foundation for our rapidly growing Wholesale channel and driving a radically hospitable customer experience. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, attention to detail, cross functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to identifying operation inefficiencies.
This role is required to be based in Austin, TX. Candidates must either be currently located in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX.
What you’ll do:
Data Accuracy & Integrity
- Partner with cross-functional teams to audit and reconcile data from multiple systems to ensure reporting accuracy and support stakeholder needs.
- Track customer launches including store counts and products
- Manage data needs including working with Merchants to collect item data for customers including products, imagery, and price points
Catalog Management & Sales Materials
- Maintain and coordinate the timely distribution of catalogs, line sheets, and product information to wholesale accounts.
- Manage B2B platform catalog updates, pricing maintenance, and imagery uploads - ElasticSuite Management
- Collaborate with Marketing to create communication on upcoming launches and other customer announcements
Style-Level Forecasting
- Collaborate with Planning and Sales teams to support style-level demand forecasting.
- Analyze historical sales data, trends, and market inputs to inform inventory planning and decision-making.
- Ensure we meet Open-to-buy deadlines
Strategic Projects & Process Improvements
- Support key wholesale initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
- Participate in process mapping, testing, and implementation of new tools or procedures.
Chargeback Mitigation & Analysis
- Investigate and resolve chargebacks by analyzing root causes and identifying preventable patterns.
- Partner with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to challenge invalid deductions and implement corrective measures.
- Provide regular reporting on chargeback trends and opportunities for reduction.
Experience we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field – or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years of experience in order management, sales operations, or wholesale support—preferably in retail, apparel, or CPG.
- Strong proficiency with Excel and NetSuite
- Familiarity with EDI processes (SPS Commerce)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
