About the Team
Your role will support Go-To-Market (GTM) business teams. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business systems and processes that support the sales organization. The role requires a deep understanding of sales processes, GTM strategies, and CRM systems (such as Salesforce). The Sales operations analyst, will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams. Your role will ensure Zoom optimize systems, drive efficiency, and drive the transformational journey supporting overall sales strategy and leading impactful improvements.
Responsibilities:

Partnering with Sales Operations, FP&A and Compensation teams to drive automations in our Lead to Quote, Reporting and Compensation processes.

Collaborate with our Salesforce and other technology teams (Zuora, Data Science and Engineering, in-house systems).

Analyze and comprehend business needs, then propose appropriate solutions aligned with Zoom's strategic plan while translating them into detailed requirements and policy documents.

Work closely with product owners to create comprehensive documentation of business requirements, encompassing both functional and non-functional specifications through detailed use cases, Business Requirements Documents (BRD), System Requirements Specification (SRS), and related functional documentation.

Collaborate with key project stakeholders and business representatives to articulate the project vision, outline initial requirements and scope, and ensure accurate project planning and estimations.

Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify potential improvements through software solutions, process automation, and AI implementation.

Provide comprehensive support to Product Owners through the development of detailed user stories, systematic documentation of process flows, and meticulous verification that all deliverables maintain alignment with established business objectives.

Design and develop process flow diagrams and other visual representations to illustrate business processes effectively.

Maintain clear verbal and written communication with business units that depend on information for defining system requirements, organizational processes, and company management protocols.
What we’re looking for
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or a related field (MBA preferred).

9+ years of experience as a Sales Operations/ Business Analyst/ Product Owner/ Business System Analyst in the Software or SaaS industry.

5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com is required with a focus on Sales Cloud (Leads, Opportunities, Contracts, Quotes and integrations with tools such as LeadSpace, LeanData, Pardot, Marketo, etc.)

Experience in Six sigma, Agile, Waterfall, or other software development methodologies.

Proven knowledge in understanding sales processes, revenue operations, knowledge on policies and procedures documentation.

Strong analytical skills, with a track record of translating data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different functions and external partners.

Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale projects.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
