About the role:
- Be a trusted business partner to key stakeholders across the APJ sales leadership team
- Support the sales forecasting process and drive adoption of forecasting tools and dashboards
- Establish reporting and dashboards that focuses on providing actionable insights and to track progress against strategic and growth initiatives
- Develop analytics/models to influence and support business decisions
- Provide first-tier support for systems primarily managed by Sales Operations such as Salesforce.com
- Drive data integrity and hygiene within Salesforce.com and other systems
- Document and create knowledge repository on tools, processes and best practices
- Assist with key deliverables during the annual sales go-to-market planning and budgeting cycle
- Assist in the validation of monthly comp reporting
- Support the preparation of business reviews and management presentations
- Develop best practices for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and operational efficiency
- Support strategic growth initiatives and projects globally and in the APJ region
- Provide enablement to the field on tools, processes to drive operational excellence.
About you:
- Is based in Japan with full working rights
- Is fluent in Japanese and English, including written and verbal
- 10+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations, strategy and planning
- High level of initiative with having bias towards action
- Comfortable with presenting to all levels within the organization
- Experience interacting with senior stakeholders within the organization
- Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments
- Excellent strategic and tactical business skills and a passion for using data to drive better decision making
- Positive attitude and flexibility when faced with fast-paced, complex challenges, a motivated self-starter with a high energy level
- Deep Salesforce.com expertise and knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools such as Tableau and Clari.
- Proven skills at cultivating strong working relationships and working well within a team and across functions to learn and share knowledge
