The team

The Revenue Operations (RevOps) team collaborates closely with various groups, including Ops, Go-To-Market, Sales, Marketing Ops, and Customer Success (CS). Their core focus is to drive the discovery, onboarding, and nurturing of partnerships with global, innovative brands seeking to establish modern customer relationships, spanning from checkout to delivery and beyond. With thousands of merchants currently part of the Route network, and a constant drive for growth, the RevOps team offers limitless opportunities for professionals at all levels to innovate and advance their careers within this dynamic ecosystem.

The opportunity

As a Sales Operations Analyst at Route you will be responsible for ensuring the continued success and growth of our Sales Teams. You will work with senior sales stakeholders to define and establish best practices for an expanding sales organization.  You will drive the ongoing process of quotas, forecasting, account segmentation and territories. Everything you do is focused on driving scalability and repeatability while ensuring the team is focused on hitting revenue targets. You will work in cross collaboration with other members of the revenue operations team.

What you’ll do

  • Focus across the organization on sales process, infrastructure, and strategy
  • Work with sales VPs to align on sales strategy and team organization, what can we do to augment and scale
  • Create new operational models around pipeline health and deal management
  • Analyze and promote the health of the business: guide rigorous oversight, ensure accurate forecasts and create operational transparency
  • Manage our quota, account segmentation, territory and capacity plans, helping support a continuous planning cycle
  • Forecasting and Pipeline Management, create ongoing weekly, quarterly, by rep, segment forecasting
  • What steps exist in the sales process, how do we continue to improve on each part of the sales cycle
  • Compensation, create and manage compensation plans across the team, ensure plans align with overall company incentives, own the Spif process

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in sales and revenue operations, with a strong understanding of sales processes and performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with sales leaders to drive efficiency, optimize workflows, and improve revenue performance.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, including presales, lead qualification, pipeline management, sales process optimization, and seamless handoff to customer success.
  • Ability to translate complex data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations for sales teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience designing and supporting sales compensation plans that align with business goals and performance incentives.
  • Strategic problem-solver who can see the big picture, adapt to change, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative and solutions-oriented approach, with a commitment to teamwork and shared success.
  • Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or other technology-driven industries is a plus but not required.

Pay Transparency

Salary for this role: $97,000 - $101,000  (This position is located in Lehi, Utah)

The cash compensation above includes base salary, and is not reflective of potential commission for employees in eligible roles, or annual bonus targets under Route’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all Route employees are eligible to participate in Routes equity incentive plan to receive stock options per the terms of the agreement. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their career level, skills, experience, specific geographic location qualifications and other job-related reasons.
