Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enabling our sales organization to achieve its goals by analyzing data, optimizing processes, and supporting strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure our sales operations run smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret sales data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Design and implement scalable sales processes, workflows, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain and enhance CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Create and deliver reports and dashboards for sales leadership to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and track the success of campaigns.
  • Support sales forecasting and pipeline management to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Onboard and train new sales team members on systems and processes.
  • Identify and implement best practices to drive continuous improvement in sales operations.
  • Assist with territory planning, allocation and management.
  • Oversee lead distribution processes to ensure fair distribution of opportunities.
  • Support quota management to align with company objectives and monitor sales performance.
  • Audit and assist in enforcement of rules of engagement and other Sales policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role (experience in SaaS or software industry preferred).
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and data visualization tools- Domo, Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies.
