The Opportunity

QBE Europe is currently recruiting for a Salesforce lead to join our Sales Operations team in our London office. In this position you will be responsible for optimising our regional Salesforce instance extracting the maximum value from our Salesforce platform to enable the user base in their day-to-day activities. This will involve ensuring sales data is well-managed and integrated effectively with other QBE systems (e.g. Pega / EI) and interacting with the global platform owner to ensure regional requirements are met.

This is a newly created role from growth that will have international exposure, excitingly you are joining at the build phase as we develop and mature our sales operations capabilities. This a great opportunity for you to develop key relationships across QBE as the ‘face of SalesOps’ by driving the agenda and having a real impact across the organisation.

Your new role

  • Act as EO ID Point of contact to global Salesforce platform owners, manage cases development, testing etc. 
  • Advises EO HoSalesOps on the regional configuration capabilities whilst operating on a single global org. Deliver directly or through the wider QBE teams solutions to enhance user experience 
  • Engage with key stakeholders to develop tailored reporting to best serve local needs, sharing insight proactively to inform decision-making. 
  • Responsible for improving data quality to enable performance management and business insight, monitoring the data quality of on/offshore data entry and automatic data generating processes, performing reconciliations and ETL actions to maintain the highest possible accuracy of data 
  • Proactively gather feedback from end users and leads “Super User” group 
    Organize and facilitate ongoing trainings for new and existing users to help drive adoption of Salesforce 
  • Understand business drivers across regions / Line of Business and develop tailored solutions to support. This will range from production and delivery of training material through planning.  leveraging data to educate and influence, identifying efficiency and revenue growth opportunities  
  • Serves as point-person for day-to-day Sales Cloud maintenance and optimization.

About you

  • Clear Salesforce experience with the ability to understand ecosystem of multiple data systems, how they work together and up-stream / down-stream implications to proposed changes
  • Advanced excel and Power BI skills, Salesforce Lightning experience is preferred
  • Skills in analysing information, interpreting data to support and answer end user questions
  • Knowledge in using relevant information and individual judgment to comply with organizational and legal regulations
  • Experience in navigating organisational structure by networking and building relationships
