What's exciting about the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and expand our Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) segment in Herlev. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader passionate about sales, team development, and empowering small businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SME account managers and sales representatives.
- Provide regular coaching, set clear KPIs, and deliver performance feedback.
- Design and deliver targeted sales training, including sales pitch flowcharts and competitor analysis tools.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SME sector.
- Build and optimize a high-performing telesales operation, leveraging intelligent dialer systems to maximize lead conversion.
Performance Management & Reporting
- Monitor sales performance using data-driven KPIs and analytics.
- Optimize commission structures and incentive programs to drive results.
- Report on sales pipeline, market insights, and forecasts to senior management.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
- Oversee the migration to Salesforce CRM and ensure effective use of sales analytics tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving client needs.
Skills and Experience we desire
- Degree qualified in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the Danish SME market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
