Our consumer, medical & information technologies team in Ballerup, Denmark is seeking a Sales Manager with a specific focus on B2B sales within Information Technology. This is a critical role in growing our sales in the Nordics region and we are seeking an individual with a proactive approach to leadership, a strategic-thinker and someone who is able to build strong relationships with key accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and motivates sales professionals by coaching and transferring the knowledge of consultative selling skills and sales techniques, service offerings, and industry knowledge to the sales team to drive results.
  • Lead client engagement by developing and managing relationships at the middle management and key decision maker levels for large and medium customers.
  • Manages sales transaction pipelines and forecasting and hold sales staff accountable for assigned sales targets.
  • Demonstrates expertise and understanding in latest market developments and trends to drive go-to market strategies.
  • Manages the performance of direct reports by developing accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing career counseling, feedback and guidance and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelors Degree) in a related discipline
  • 8 Years or more of related discipline experience or demonstrated competency including 3 years or more experience as a sales manager
  • Proactive Leadership : Takes initiative without waiting for direction,
  • Results-Driven Mindset : Focused with meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Coaching and Mentorship: Gives constructive feedback and celebrates wins to boost morale; builds up junior salespeople and fosters growth.
  • Customer -Centric Approach: Builds strong relationships with key accounts. Focuses on long-term customer satisfaction
  • Strategic Thinking : Aligns sales strategy with company vision and market trends. Innovates and adapts to changing market conditions.
  • Commercial mindset: You will have a strong sales mindset, always focusing on the funnel and delivering on your numbers.
