Responsibilities:

  • Perform independently and professionally represent Mehler Texnologies Inc. in a regional geographic territory to establish and develop customer relationships for growth in the marketplace (50% - 60% travel / overnights required).
  • Develop strategic plans that focus on key products and solutions to grow the territory to achieve target revenue goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Mehler Texnologies. customers to support, develop and retain accounts through product support and technical assistance.
  • Qualify and develop new business opportunities and increased product sales with current customers through product demonstrations and new applications, emphasizing value-added features and cost benefits.
  • Manage, qualify, support, and retain customer accounts through follow-up on product performance and presentation
    of competitive advantages and solutions that meet their specifications.
  • Target, prospect, qualify, and secure new customers for territory growth and pipeline development.
  • Generate, track and follow up on all proposed solutions or opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years successful territory sales experience in a consultative-based sales role in a manufacturing or industrial-focused sales environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree or relative experience
  • Strong technical aptitude or previous experience in product applications.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, qualifying, developing and closing new business.
  • Strong customer-focused, relationship and retention ability.
  • Proficient in use of technology, computers and software (Excel, Word, Microsoft Office, CRM Software. etc.)
