Sika Vietnam is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented SALES & LOGISTICS ANALYSIS EXECUTIVE to join our dynamic Automotive & Industry (A&I) team. This is a critical role in managing customer demand forecasts, optimizing stock levels, coordinating shipments, and minimizing logistics costs. This individual will also support the sales team by ensuring timely material delivery and handling customer documentation requests. The ideal candidate will have a strong logistics background, data analysis expertise, and relevant experience in the automotive and manufacturing industries.
Job Description
Demand Forecasting & Inventory Management
- Collaborate with customers and sales teams to accurately forecast customer demand.
- Monitor and optimize stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams to align inventory with customer requirements.
Logistics & Shipment Coordination
- Plan and manage the shipment of materials to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Optimize logistics costs by identifying and implementing efficient transportation and delivery methods.
- Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring seamless logistics support.
- Address customer concerns regarding material delivery and logistics issues promptly.
Sales Support
- Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth material delivery processes.
- Prepare and manage accurate documentation for deliveries, invoices, customs paperwork, and other customer requests.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze logistics and sales data to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.
- Generate regular reports on stock levels, shipment status, and logistics costs for internal stakeholders.
- Use data insights to propose improvements in logistics processes and demand planning.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to streamline operations.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably
- in the automotive or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record in demand forecasting and inventory management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel,
- Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of logistics processes, transportation methods, and cost optimization
- strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with cross-functional
- teams.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to task management.
