Job Description
- Analyze and report the trends in the market and the company’s strategies to identify opportunities to cash in on.
- Identify and evaluate new customers.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to identify potential clients in the IT sector.
- Qualify inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns and website inquiries.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
- Work to improve the customer feedback channels and communication to ensure a constant flow of reviews from them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, IT innovations, and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a Sales development or lead generation role, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven ability to engage with prospects and build strong relationships.
- Well-rounded professionals who can evaluate a business for its weaknesses and strengths.
- Business-minded, and willing to expand business development experience.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills will come in handy.
- A solution-oriented approach and the ability to keep calm under pressure and solve problems timely and effective.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
